About us. A bit of history.

We are the first law firm of German origin to combine advice on German commercial law with specialisation in Polish commercial law, operating as a boutique law firm in Berlin since 1992. Our roots go back to the early days of Poland's political transformation, and our first advisory project concerned the construction of one of Poland's leading manufacturers of city and intercity buses, which is now one of the leading companies in Europe.

We work in teams and in an agile manner. Our organisational culture promotes the creativity, independence and entrepreneurial spirit of our employees, as well as mutual support and team spirit.

We cultivate the value of sustainability. Hans Dietrich von Zanthier, ancestor of our company founder, was the first forester in Europe to teach other foresters about sustainable forestry and founded the world's first forestry academy in Ilsenburg (Harz) between 1763 and 1778, teaching sustainability.
