What is our recruitment process like?
Applications
We welcome every application and carefully review all documents. Once we receive your application, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps in the recruitment process.
First Interview
The first interview is often held online to make it as convenient as possible for you. We take this opportunity to learn more about you, and you will also have a chance to get to know us better. Sometimes we ask brief knowledge questions or present case examples, but the conversation is casual and straightforward.
Second Interview
During the second interview, you will meet one of our partners or team leaders in person. In this conversation, you will learn more about your potential role and our team.
What happens after that?
After the second interview, we will get back to you promptly to share the results. Regardless of the decision, you will always receive open and honest feedback from us.
Onboarding and Support
Once you start with us, you won’t be left alone. We have a structured onboarding program, during which a “Buddy” will be assigned to help you settle into our team and work processes. This way, you will feel comfortable from the start and quickly integrate into the team.

What are my working hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (Poznań) / 9:00 to 18:30 (Berlin). We work an average of 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week, but we adjust our working hours to the tasks and specifics of our projects.
We are flexible – home office is possible, and starting and ending work outside of the usual hours is also possible (by arrangement).
Is it possible to work from home?
Yes, working from home is possible, popular, and supported. The conditions are determined based on general rules that are understandable for all employees, and, if necessary, individually.
What level of Polish or English proficiency is required for candidates?
We work with international clients.
In our Berlin office, fluent knowledge of Polish and German (both written and spoken) is a must. English is also welcome.
You will use all languages (Polish, German, English) in your daily work, and also as a participant and speaker at webinars and conferences. We are active members of international organizations and take advantage of the opportunities they offer.

How long does the recruitment process take?
When we are actively recruiting, we collect applications for 3-4 weeks. We try to review them and respond promptly, but response times may be longer if we have a large number of applications. On average, we offer a meeting within 2 weeks, after which we make a decision and present a collaboration proposal within a week.
If you send us a spontaneous application, the process may take a bit longer.
