Attorney at law (PL)

The law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI is looking for an experienced business lawyer (attorney at law PL) to provide services to companies with foreign capital (mainly from the German-speaking area: Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and foreign entities in various projects in Poland.

Depending on the professional profile of the candidate, we will offer further development and experience in specialised projects in e.g. transactions (M&A), RES, labour law/HR.

Your responsibilities

  • preparation and drafting of legal analyses and opinions in the field of economic, investment, commercial and civil law
  • participation in specialised transactional projects, RES, labour law/HR (depending on experience)
  • day-to-day legal services, building relationships with clients
  • content-related support for other team members in ongoing projects
  • interdisciplinary cooperation with attorneys at law and tax advisers in the development of complex legal and tax solutions

Our requirements

  • interest in business, investment, commercial, civil and labour law
  • welcome experience in providing day-to-day legal services to foreign entities or those with foreign capital participation
  • powers of attorney at law (PL)
  • ability to work as part of a team and, at the same time, to act independently
  • problem-solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to listen to and understand the client's business needs
  • striving for simplicity in communication, presenting complex issues and difficult solutions in a simple, clear, accessible and understandable way for the customer
  • ability to build lasting relationships with clients, supporting them on a daily basis in making the right business decisions
  • at least a very good knowledge of German
  • knowledge of English would be an important asset
