Marketing Senior Specialist – Business Development Team (Poznań Office)
As part of building the business development team for the Poznań office of VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Marketing Senior Specialist.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a candidate who:
- understands business development goals in the professional services sector (especially legal services) and actively supports the creation and implementation of sales strategies;
- has experience in executing marketing activities focused on lead generation (ideally in B2B services);
- is performance-driven – able to plan actions based on specific goals and KPIs, and consistently execute them, understanding that marketing must deliver measurable results;
- has knowledge of Google Ads and SEO at a level that allows effective collaboration with an external agency;
- is well-organized and diligent, capable of planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities efficiently;
- has a doer mindset – proactive and results-oriented;
- is diplomatic and skilled in establishing initial contact with potential clients, maintaining professionalism in direct and telephone communication, especially when working with the firm’s existing database and contacts;
- can collaborate with different personalities and build strong team relationships;
- has excellent writing and copywriting skills;
- understands project methodology and can define tasks clearly, align with KPIs, and transform projects into structured processes;
- is open to new technologies and digitalization, appreciates agile methodologies, and is ready to support the firm in AI-driven initiatives;
- has a very good knowledge of German and/or English.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing activities tailored to the firm’s target clients (marketing campaigns and ongoing activities), including selecting appropriate marketing strategies to support business development goals;
- Generating high-quality leads for the firm in collaboration with the team, with a focus on measurable business outcomes;
- Coordinating content marketing activities within the firm, managing the publication process, and measuring results;
- Actively initiating outreach to potential clients (via phone, email, industry events), leveraging the firm’s existing database and contacts while maintaining a long-term relationship and positive brand image;
- Optimizing and managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns by working closely with an external agency and regularly analyzing results;
- Organizing and providing marketing support for client events – from concept development, through logistics and promotion, to evaluating results;
- Creating marketing materials to support the client acquisition process, based on input from the team;
- Managing and developing the firm’s website, suggesting content and functional improvements, and supporting traffic analysis;
- Managing the firm’s social media and newsletter – assisting in creating engaging posts, content marketing, and employer branding strategies, handling publication and comment moderation;
- Managing contacts and databases – co-creating efficient and simple CRM systems to improve client acquisition and service, as well as systematically analyzing and reporting results.
