Monika Gudro-Puischel
A graduate of the Warsaw University in Management of Social Capital in Companies, with over 25 years of experience in HR and payroll. She has developed her career both in accounting firms and in HR departments.
Throughout her work, she has been responsible for payroll services, team management, and oversight of payroll processes for employees under her supervision. She has participated in audits and inspections conducted by PIP and ZUS, created internal regulations, conducted training sessions, and advised clients on human resource management.
At MGI Modzelewski, she is responsible for comprehensive HR and payroll services for clients’ companies, pursuing the highest standards and efficiency in the HR area.
