Expansion of skills in IT Law
Jolanta Krzemińska expanded her qualification in IT law. In July she has completed a training course on software production, transfer-contracts and maintenance, as well as e-business.

Preliminary decision proceedings before the European Court of Justice
Magdalena Stawska-Höbel has filed an opinion in a preliminary ruling of the District Court Wedding to the European Court of Justice. Opinions in the preliminary ruling may be submitted by the parties of the main proceeding, by the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council as well as by the Member States of the European Union. Our law firm represents the defendant. The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union is to be expected in about a year.
