Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year 2024!

2023 is drawing to a close. We hope that you and your loved ones can find peace in the festive season ahead, enjoy the time and recharge your batteries for 2024. We wish you and your staff a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
As well as last year instead of Christmas cards for partners and clients, we donated for a good cause: This year our Berlin office donates 1000 € to the Freya von Moltke Foundation for the New Kreisau (www.fvms.de), - which supports the work of the German-Polish youth meeting place in the Polish village of Krzyżowa.

Conference: Mobbing, Discrimination, and Work-Life Balance - 3 Challenges for Organizations in Practice

On the 23rd of November 2023, we are organizing an online conference titled:
"Mobbing, Discrimination, and Work-Life Balance - 3 Challenges for Organizations in Practice"

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

For the third time, we have prepared an event dedicated to the issues of mobbing and discrimination, including prevention and risk minimization from an employer's perspective. This year, we have expanded the conference's theme to include work-life balance, which proves to be a significant challenge for employers in practice.

Speakers - Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal, Paula Staszak-Urbańska, and Jan Muszyński, along with dr Henryka Bochniarz, Katarzyna Łażewska-Hrycko, Anna Makowska, Judge Tomasz Kałużny, Maciej Panek, Dominika Sadowska, Robert Lisiecki, Nadia Kurtieva, and Michał Pajdak, will examine mobbing and discrimination from various perspectives, including legal and judicial, psychological, and from the perspective of employers.

The conference is endorsed by the Lewiatan Confederation, the Polish-German Economic Circle in Poznań (DWK), the Greater Poland Employers' Association, Panek CarSharing, the National Anti-Mobbing Association, the divercity+ company, the ePsychologists.pl portal, and the Women in Law Foundation.

The conference is primarily aimed at representatives of employers, including CEOs, HR department managers, business owners, board members, individuals responsible for compliance, and broadly defined managerial staff.

The detailed event program and organizational information are available on the dedicated conference website

Participation in the conference is free of charge, but due to limited seats, registration is mandatory.

We warmly invite you to join us!
