Mr. Henning von Zanthier participated from October 15th to 18th in business delegation through the hotspots of Poland’s games industry, organized by Berlin Partner GmbH in cooperation with media.net berlinbrandenburg e.V. The trip was an opportunity for the participating companies for finding new cooperation partners in Poland. Henning von Zanthier gave during the business delegation lectures about legal aspect of cooperation between German and Polish IT-companies, IT-specialists and public institutions.

The date for the introduction of the SEPA direct debit is approaching: On February 1^st, 2014 the national payment systems will be turned off. On that date a transition to the SEPA payment system will occur.

The associated changes require a high conversion effort in many organizations. According to the recommendation of the German Central Bank, companies should apply for and receive the necessary creditor identification number until the end of October.
