The 20th anniversary of our law firm was celebrated on October 14th, 2015 in Stara Gazownia in Poznań.

The German Founders and Entrepreneurs Days (deGUT = Deutsche Gründer- und Unternehmertage - www.degut.de) have established themselves in recent years as one of the largest and most important trade fairs around business start-ups and entrepreneurships in Germany. Our lawyers Mr. Henning von Zanthier and Mrs. Magdalena Stawska-Höbel as well as our tax consultant Mr. Rüdiger Schulz and Dipl.-Kfm. Lutz Kendzierski were present at the stand of our office as contact partners.They advised on the legal issues associated with the creating of your business: the legal form, protection of intellectual property, in particular legal software protection, Open Source elements, competition protection and labor law.
VON ZANHTHIER & SCHULZ advised both young and experienced entrepreneurs concerning cross-border investment and cooperations as well as in questions of commercial law and tax law. Our services in the law area included, amongst other topics: corporation, commercial, labor, contract, IT, data protection and competition law. In the tax law area, main topics were the legal form of a business, compulsory registration for tax matters and liquidity plans.

Mr. Henning von Zanthier is the current president of the League of Lawyers. We are committed as jurors and legal consultants to the initiative Business-Plan-Wettbewerb (Business Plan Competition). This enables us to actively support young entrepreneurs from our region. We also regularly participate in networking events hosted by BPW (www.b-p-w.de). On July 9th, 2015 in the atrium of Investment Bank in Berlin, the attorneys from our law firm, Mr. Henning von Zanthier and Ms. Jolanta Krzemińska, advised young professionals on creating a business concept and its further development.
Our law firm VON ZANTHIER & SCHULZ in cooperation with media.netLAW was pleased to organize an event on "Web design contracts, Web protection and Liability for the published content." Jolanta Krzemińska, our attorney, gave a lecture on the subject. Afterwards, a lively discussion developed.
On January 28th, 2015 our law firm in cooperation with AHP International GmbH & Co. KG and the World Trade Center Poznań organized a seminar on "Distribution of goods in Germany with regard to particular aspects of sale of medical products". During the meeting the general issues relating to distribution, tax aspects of e-commerce and particularities in sale of medical products were discussed. Furthermore, the practical examples of the organization of sale in Germany were examined.
