- Sharing our network in Poland and Germany for the project
- Initial indications of geological and other energy conditions, if desired in advance
- Identification of off takers (district heating network operators, industrial consumers, etc.) and initiation of dialogue
- Door opener for contact with municipalities etc.
- Offer to work with various experienced cooperation partners: drilling companies, financiers, funding providers, other service providers, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AFTER IDENTIFICATION OF A GEOTHERMAL PROJECT
- Further contact initiation with the various stakeholders (administration, service providers, financiers, government representatives, etc.)
- Time management of the project
- Structuring the cooperation with the stakeholders
- Local contact person for the geothermal company
